About STARTLINE Physical Therapy
Helping You Move Better, Get Stronger, and Get Back to What Matters
STARTLINE Physical Therapy was created to provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy for people recovering from injuries, surgery, pain, and movement limitations.
Located in White Plains, New York, we specialize in orthopedic and sports physical therapy with an emphasis on progressive strengthening, movement, education, and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.
Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms. We want to understand what is limiting you, build a clear plan, and help you regain the strength, mobility, confidence, and physical capacity needed to move forward.

Our Approach to Physical Therapy

Individualized Care
No two people are exactly the same, even when they have the same diagnosis.
Your treatment plan is based on your symptoms, strength, mobility, activity level, stage of recovery, and personal goals.
We believe rehabilitation should adapt as you progress rather than following the same routine for every patient.

Progressive Strengthening
Strength and exercise are central to how we approach rehabilitation.
Our goal is not simply to help you feel better during your appointment. We want to help your body become more capable of handling the demands of everyday life, work, exercise, recreation, and sport.
As you improve, your rehabilitation should progress with you.

Evidence-Based Care
Our treatment decisions are guided by current rehabilitation research, clinical experience, and your individual response to treatment.
Your care may include:
• Progressive strengthening
• Mobility exercises
• Movement retraining
• Balance and neuromuscular training
• Manual therapy when appropriate
• Return-to-activity progression
• Patient education
• Home exercise programming
The exact approach depends on what you need and where you are in your recovery.

Focused on Your Goals
A diagnosis tells us only part of the story.
We also want to understand what you are trying to get back to.
That might mean:
• Walking comfortably
• Getting through a workday without being limited by pain
• Returning to the gym
• Playing with your children or grandchildren
• Returning to running
• Getting back on the golf course
• Rebuilding strength after surgery
• Returning to recreational or competitive sports
Your goals help guide your rehabilitation from the beginning.
